Who am I?
I was a User Acceptance Tester out of university and then hitting quota in the B2B sales trenches for half a decade.
I found was that sales reps stick to their favourite SaaS tools because new tools are complicated, untrustworthy or make them look like an idiot.
I also found that the product teams in Sales SaaS tools are too close to the product to see friction in their onboarding. They know what to click, when and why.
Now, I focus on improving onboarding for Sales SaaS. I do this through genuine user testing with hand-picked sales pros and my library of battle-tested design patters.
